چکیده
Whole-plant corn silages on family farms were sampled in Erdos (S1), Baotou (S2), Ulanqab (S3), and Hohhot (S4) North China, after 300 d of ensiling. The microbial communities, metabolites, aerobic stability assessed. Lactobacillusbuchneri, Acinetobacter johnsonii, unclassified Novosphingobium present at greater abundances than others S2 with bacterial diversity metabolites. Lactobacillus buchneri, parafarraginis, kefiri, accounted for 84.5%, 88.2%, 98.3% bacteria S1, S3, S4, respectively. fungal S1 S4 Kazachstania, Kazachstania bulderi, Candida xylopsoci, Cladosporium, Rhizopus microspores, glabrata other fungi. K. bulderi S3 96.2% 93.6%, main species L. A. Novosphingobium; sp. dominated communities S4. C. R. glabrata; S3. high aided the accumulation broad improved stability.

Effect of Applying Molasses and Propionic Acid on Fermentation Quality and Aerobic Stability of Total Mixed Ration Silage Prepared with Whole-plant Corn in Tibet
The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of molasses and propionic acid on the fermentation quality and aerobic stability of total mixed ration (TMR) silages prepared with whole-plant corn in Tibet. TMR (354 g/kg DM) was ensiled with four different treatments: no additive (control), molasses (M), propionic acid (P), and molasses+propionic acid (PM), in laboratory silos (250 mL) a...

The study objectives were to evaluate (1) the effect of thawing unfermented whole-plant corn (WPC; Exp. 1) on fermentation capacity after several months of frozen storage, and (2) the effect of temperature on fermentation profile of thawed high-moisture corn (HMC; Exp. 2) stored frozen for a longer period and then fermented at 2 ambient temperatures. Unfermented WPC and HMC samples were obtaine...
متن کاملThe effect of bacteria, enzymes and inulin on fermentation and aerobic stability of corn silage
BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES Ensiling is a conservation method for forage crops. It is based on the fact that anaerobe lactic acid bacteria (LAB) convert watersoluble carbohydrates into organic acids. Therefore, pH decreases and the forage is preserved. The aim of this study was to isolate special kinds of lactic acid bacteria from silage and to study the effect of bacteria, inulin and enzymes as ...
